As a valued customer of AMMandG you have a right to return any goods within 7 days starting from the day after the day of receipt. Just contact AMMandG via email and get an authorisation to return the item.
You have a duty of care for the item from receipt until the returned item is received and accepted by AMMandG. The item must be returned in its original condition ie unopened and unused. Items are not sent as a sample or as a tester.
On receipt and following satisfactory security checks a full refund of the original cost including P&P will be made by AMMandG .
The return P&P costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that an item is returned because the customer has failed to take delivery for whatever reason the original P&P costs will not be refunded by AMMandG.
AMMandG take every care to ensure an item is packed safely for despatch to the customer. In the unlikely event that an item arrives in a damaged condition the damage must be reported immediately to AMMandG. All damaged items must be returned to AMMandG for inspection.
Following satisfactory examination of the returned damaged item a full refund will be made by AMMandG to include the original P&P cost AND the return postage costs.
The item remains the property of the customer until AMMandG officially accept receipt of the returned item. For this reason we recommend returns are sent via Royal Mail’s Signed for service.
